If you are just learning AWS or have been an active user for a while, there comes a time when one must group users together for ease of management. Below you will find the quick steps to create a new user group and assign permissions.
Navigate to IAM > Access management > groups > create new group
Here is where you will name the group after the team that you will want to share permissions.
Here is where you will apply permissions for the group.
Confirm the information looks correct and then create group
